Set your IE3 to use a proxy server.
1. Click on View then Options
2. From there Click on the Connection Tab
3. Click on the Connect through a proxy server Box then Click on Settings
4. Set the address to proxy.netyp.com , Port 80
5. Tick the use same proxy server for all protocols box
6. In the Exceptions box type *.netyp.*
7. Don't forget to APPLY then OK.!
