Adding INIT Strings to your modem via Dialup Networking
Follow these steps
Open My Compuer with a double click

Select Dial-Up Networking & open

Right Mouse Cclick on Your NetYP connection

Select Properties

Click on the Configure button

Click on the Advanced... button

In the Extra settings box type the string for your modem

Click OK & save the settings & try your connection again.
