How it all works...........

Spam is sent to the Spam-Bin where you don't see it or download it. executable files are deleted.

Your mail is sent to a new server that does the filtering, so what do you need to change?
You get a new mail server, so you need to change the server you collect your mail from.

The easy way

  1. Collect your mail as usual to empty your mail box
  2. After you receive the confirmation email from NetYP informing you that Spam filtering is in place.
  3. Change your Mail settings to 
    A:) Leave a copy on the server for 5 days 
    B:) Your POP server is now imap.netyp.com  click here for help
    C:) You account name is your email address username@netyp.com
  4. You mail will automatically be filtered
  5. When you receive spam log on to web mail http://webmail.netyp.com and select Spam Check Server
  6. Move the spam to the Spam folder Click here for help
  7. Check the spam-bin folder if you are missing any email's that might be incorrectly classified
  8. Incorrectly Classified mail can be moved to the NonSpam folder where they will be reclassified
